After receiving your written offer, most sellers call, text, or email us before signing. We’ll answer your questions and review a few key property details together to confirm everything is accurate before moving forward.

For most transactions, we open escrow with a licensed title company and begin the closing process immediately. For smaller transactions, we complete the closing directly using secure documentation.
In either case, we handle the paperwork and typical closing costs.
All documents are signed remotely. Once finalized and recorded (when applicable), funds are issued promptly by wire transfer or cashier’s check.
