We review ownership, access, taxes, and general property information to ensure the written offer accurately reflects the property. This step helps prevent unexpected issues and keeps the closing process smooth.

Open Escrow or Prepare Direct Closing

For most transactions, we open escrow with a licensed title company and begin the closing process immediately. For smaller transactions, we complete the closing directly using secure documentation.

In either case, we handle the paperwork and typical closing costs.

Secure Closing & Payment

All documents are signed remotely. Once finalized and recorded (when applicable), funds are issued promptly by wire transfer or cashier’s check.
